Cardio in a Box Review and Giveaway! -- CLOSED

Hey everyone! My next review and giveaway is for Cardio in a Box. Cardio in a Box is a great little mini workout kit that you can take with you or, specifically, do at work. Yup a workout you can do at your desk!

As the website says: "Cardio in a Box™ is the ultimate office fitness accessory that makes it easier than ever to keep active during your work day. Do simple calorie-burning and toning moves by grabbing one, two or three Fitness Squares™ from the pop-up dispenser that looks great on your desk. Instruction booklet and online videos included!"

I think this is a really unique and fun way to incorporate a little more activity at your typical 9 to 5 desk job. I also like that it looks like a little tissue box, keep it a little casual so you're not that guy with the gym set at your desk, you know? I know the little cloth fitness squares may seem a little silly to work out with, but after viewing their workout videos you may think a little differently. They're a great way to do cardio at work without sweating your butt off.

Overall, I think Cardio in a Box is a great way to fit in a light cardio workout when you don't have time because you work a lot or when you're bored at work. Definitely check it out!

Buy It! Head on over to Cardio in a Box's website and buy one! They even come in different colors!
