Kisses or Stitches Crochet Pokemon Review and Giveaway! -- CLOSED

Hey guys! My next review and giveaway is for Kisses or Stitches. Kisses or Stitches is actually my friend's facebook and etsy page where she crochets Pokemon or pokemon-themed little poke-ball guys! They are super cute!

I received a little Charmander Poke-ball. I love him, he is so cute. And look at his little firey tail! That is my favorite part of him. You can also tell he's really good quality, he's not going to unravel or anything, she worked really hard on him!

Now I grew up with Pokemon, yes I am a typical 90's child. Charmander is my favorite, well, technically Charmeleon is but Charmander was the first and I always started out with him so they're both my favorite. Pikachu is a close second, in case you are wondering.

Anyway, I thought this was a great idea. They are really cute little guys and they make great little gifts for friends or family. Pop them in a gift basket or just mail it to a friend as a thank you or nice surprise gift. They are not the huge character, not their entire body, but instead just little poke-ball face and tail versions of them which I think is really awesome. I like the fact that they are mini and can make great little decorations anywhere.

You can put the little guy on your desk or bedside table. Or, you can do what I did and add string to it so you can hang it in your car or somewhere in your home. I have it hanging by my desk. Just ask her to add the string, or she'll suggest it like she did for me and boom.

She takes requests for pokemon or you can check the etsy shop for made to order ones. She also ships anywhere, including internationally!

Overall, I was super impressed first of all she made it and shipped it super fast and with how cute it is. Definitely check out her etsy shop and browse her selection or send her an email to do a request, you won't be disappointed!

Hey everyone! My next review is for an awesome etsy store CAPow!. CAPow! is this wonderful store on etsy that have the most cool and unique map-related prints. As you guys know I just moved to California from NJ so once I saw the NJ typography art print, I knew I had to get it.



I just love this print, I love decorating my room but lately I've really loved decorating it with travel/map related items. I have pictures and canvases of London, San Sebastian, and Paris, I also have a London tube map but I needed something from my actual home and this is perfect. Using typography is such a unique way of creating a wonderful piece like this. You can also customize it, have one county a different color from the rest, but I personally just liked it in black. Simple and perfect. It is a nice size, an 8' x 10" so you can easily get a frame of it if you wanted.

As the etsy shops says: "Each print is printed on Epson Ultra Premium Matte Paper. This paper is heavy weight, fade resistant, and professional quality. CAPow! artwork is produced with highly archival pigment based ink. Smaller prints are produced on an Epson Professional Art Printer, while larger prints and canvas prints are outsourced to a professional printing shop."

I mean how adorable and thoughtful and unique and awesome alllll at the same time, right? It is such a simple concept but still so creative and I love it.

They also have some lovely photographs and prints. It is such a great Etsy shop. Everything is pretty reasonably priced too, for instance the piece I received is only $15, not too shabby right? They definitely make lovely gifts for your art, decor, or travel lover. Definitely check it out, you won't be disappointed.
