SlipX Solutions Stop-A-Clog Drain Protector Review!

Showers are hard to keep clean especially when you're a girl. Well try two girls sharing one bathroom, it can be tough. Girls shed a lot and there is a lot of hair to be cleaned up. That's where SlipX Solutions comes in. SlipX Solutions has been manufacturing and selling innovative, stylish, affordable bath accessories for over 20 years. From bath mats to drain protectors, they have all your bath accessory needs!

I received their Stop-A-Clog Drain Protector.

The packaging actually came with two drain protectors which was pretty cool. It's made with revolutionary SlipX® NEXT™ material that makes it lighter, stronger and longer lasting than ever. It is 100% PVC, BPA and Phthalate free, 100% recyclable, and Machine washable for easy, quick cleaning.

Honestly the first week I had this product I thought it wasn't working because it would always move whenever you turned the water on, it wouldn't stick. Well, if only I read the product description I would've know that those five little circles around the flowery-like edges were actually little suction cups and suctioned onto the tub. When I first started writing this review I thought "oh…wait" and tried it again the right way and it works great! The suction cups made it really easy to remove too and it wouldn't scrape the tub or anything.

It traps your hair to prevent it from clogging. It is easy to clean, just remove the suctions, and you can even machine wash it. The best thing is that this protector is only $3.99 and you get two of them!

Overall, I definitely recommend this drain protector, it is super reasonably priced and is crazy easy to use, it is definitely worth it! The moral of this blog is to be sure to read the instructions and product description before actually trying to use it, haha.

Buy It! Head on over to SlipX Solutions's website and browse their great selection. Definitely be sure to check out their wide array of awesome bath mats, too!

  1. The sooner you take care of a drain blockage, the easier it is to deal with. The longer you let it sit, the worse things become. The first sign that something is starting to go wrong is the water draining slowly. An early clog can still let water pass through, but you might get a bad odor.

  2. Schedule your appointment with a quality drain clearing team as soon as possible. They will come out, look at what's clogging the drain and get it taken care of for you.
