Thirty-One Gifts Review!

No comments:

Hi everyone, now I know sometimes we're on the go and it's hard to carry around everything you have in one bag, but there is hope thanks to Thirty-One. Thirty-One sells a variety of gifts from bags and accessories and even jewelry! Whether you want them monogrammed or just rock a cute print, they've got you covered.

I received their Perfect Cents wallet, New Day Tote, and Mini Zipper Pouch. The wallet and tote are in a print new for their Welcome to Fall line -- La-Di-Dot and the pouch is in Totally Tartan.

I LOVED these items. I actually immediately switched my wallet into the Perfect Cents wallet and it works so great. There's so many little slip for credit cards, an ID window where you can put your license in, as well as two big slips for bigger stuff like coupons and such. The outside has two zippers one is thicker than the other -- I put my cash in the thick one and my cents in the other. It fits everything excellently and zips up very compact.

The tote was amazing too. I used it today for a beach bag and it fit everything and then some. It has two size pouches where I put two bottles of water, then two long zip up pockets on the outside. On the inside it's very roomy with one side having a zipper pocket and the other have 3 little pouches. It just fits so much stuff and the pouches and pockets make it so easy to not lose anything. I know sometimes when I usually use a tote they have no pockets so I can never find my keys or cell phone -- this did not have that problem!

The mini zipper pouch is great to just throw into the tote and put emergency stuff in like tampons and chap stick, or just make it a travel makeup bag. I loved it and you honestly can never have enough of these.

Overall, I loved these products they're super handy and just make regular wallets and totes pale in comparison. They are made with great quality and just are perfect for everyone. Definitely check out Thirty-One gifts you will not be disappointed!

Shea Moisture Review and Giveaway!

9 comments:

It's summertime so your skin can get really dry from the sun. You need to nourish your skin. That's why there's great companies like Shea Moisture. They have organic bath and body products that work wonderfully.

I received their Organic Lavender and Wild Orchid Body Scrub with Shea Butter.

It is known to heal, hydrate, and calm. I really loved this. It's made with shea butter that is known to deeply moisturize and repair skin with vitamins and essential acids. The lavender calms and soothes irritation. Orchid extract repairs damaged skin and helps prevent moisture loss.

The scrub comes just like this:

The ingredients look a bit separated. You mix all the ingredients together, add a small amount to your palm and massage gently into your skin and rinse. You can do that just to your hands or all the dry parts of your body. I used it on my arms, legs, and feet too.

Target's website explanation says for this scrub says: "Treat yourself and your body to a calming sugar scrub with Shea Moisture organic lavender and wild orchid sugar scrub with shea butter. This sugar body scrub exfoliates your skin with natural sugar, which acts as tiny scrubbing beads. Rich shea butter nourishes and heals irritated skin. This exfoliating sugar scrub makes dull, rough skin brighter and smoother and scents your skin with a soft burst of lavender."

I really enjoyed the scrub because it made my skin feel really soft and great. It didn't sting or burn like some scrubs do. Also, it didn't irritate or dry out my skin even more, it scrubbed off the dead skin and made my skin smell amazing. The lavender smell is just a really great, clean smell.

Overall, I was very impressed with this scrub it worked really great on my skin and left it feeling great and smelling lovely, definitely check it out, you won't be disappointed!

PopCorners Review!

2 comments:

Hey everyone! My next review is for PopCorners. PopCorners are these crazy delicious snacks that are claimed to be "the new shape of popcorn" and are super delicious!

The flavors I was sent:

Twisted Salt
Sweet Cinnamon
Memphis BBQ

PopCorners was nice enough to send me about 40 bags of their delicious snacks. Fortunately, this was right before I went to visit my cousin for the 4th of July and her family is gluten free, as are these snacks, so I brought them down a few bags and they ended up loving them!

Don't get me wrong, I did, too! I don't agree though with the statement "the new shape of popcorn" I kind of think they're more like if rice cakes and chips had a baby, they'd be popcorners. Not only are they gluten free but also all natural, non-gmo, 0g trans fat, and made with whole grain. Each bag is only 130 calories, too!

I also really like the small, personal sized bags because with chips and snacks like this one can go crazy eating them but each bag gives you just enough to fill your snack craving but doesn't make your hand go scooping the unnecessary more.

I tried Memphis BBQ first because I thought it was going to be my least favorite but it ended up being my second favorite it was so, so good. Such a great, unique taste that hits that salty/savory craving. My favorite was the Sweet Cinnamon though, no surprise for me, because I have a big sweet tooth. It was so delicious and the perfect flavor you'd expect it to be.

Overall, I was really impressed with PopCorners they were so delicious. Definitely check them out you won't be disappointed!

Anne Taintor Review and Giveaway!

5 comments:

Hey everyone! My next review is for Anne Taintor. Anne Taintor is a great company that has been around since 1985 and has a variety of fun products with a vintage feel for women of all ages.

I received one of their shopping bags. I originally requested one of their coin purses but they sent me this instead.

The shopper says: Wow! I get to give birth and change diapers!

As their website says: "Save the planet while bringing home the bacon (or tofu) in our Earth-friendly Shoppers. Strong, reusable, water resistant Shoppers feature interior pocket, nylon shoulder straps, and matching piping. 15 3/4" x 15 1/2"h with 6 3/4" gusset."

The bag is super sturdy and awesome. You can fold it up, keep it in your trunk and use it for groceries, that's what I do. It is really thick holds so many heavy groceries. I have used reusable bags before that look sturdy and awesome but don't last long at all. This definitely does. I put tons of grocery items from Costco in it and it held up hardcore.

I also really like the pouch inside too because you can put your money or grocery list in it and it is easy access to it. It's definitely a unique quality that makes it better than your average reusable bag.

Overall I was really impressed with this bag. Definitely check out Anne Taintor too because they have a variety of great products from cell phone cases to flasks to notepads. They all have the vintage women designs on them too. Pretty cool.

Win It! ONE winner will win a reusable bag (like the one above) and coin purse from Anne Taintor!

Carmex Review and Giveaway!

3 comments:

Hey everyone! So my next review and giveaway is for Carmex. Carmex is a great lip and skin care company, they're known for having such high quality products that work. I was super excited to get a chance to review them again!

I received:
Carmex Healing Lotion
Carmex Healing Cream

Both in large and miniature travel sizes.

The Healing Lotion is a great lotion that is to be used daily to soothe and protect dry skin. It's made with aloe and vitamin E. The healing cream is to be used to help repair your driest and roughest skin like your elbows and feet. Both of them have a nongreasy feel to them which I love. I also love the scent of it, it's not flowery or perfumey or gross lotiony, it just smells really clean and nice.

I also loved that they gave me two sizes because I have a difficult time traveling with lotion. Usually they're too big for carry ons but these two are perfect. You can also keep them in your purse for emergencies.

I've been using them both the paste few days, the lotion for all over and the cream on my feet, hands, and elbows. They use quality ingredients and it just feels great. Definitely my new favorite lotions right now. They also make great stocking stuffers because who doesn't need lotion, right?

Definitely check them out, you won't be disappointed!

Buy It! Carmex products are available at Walgreens, CVS, and Walmart, or head on over to Carmex's website and check out more info where you can get some!
