Yes to Review!

Hey everyone! There is still 35 more minutes (west coast time) left in the day so happy Earth Day! My next review is for Yes to. You may remember I reviewed them before and you can check it out here. Yes to actually sent me a bunch of face wipes for Earth Day!

Yes to is celebrating Earth Month with these awesome towelettes because they're green! They are compostable. All of the formulas are at least 95% natural. The company its self uses recyclable materials in their packaging whenever possible. They also give back through the Yes To Seed Fund, helping plant gardens for kids in the US and Africa.

Not only are they a great company but their products really work and are amazing. They don't dry your skin out or feel oily or anything like some makeup removers or towelettes feel. They aren't rough either. They take your makeup off or clean your skin and afterwards you feel refreshed, nice, and clean!

Overall, I was really first of surprised that I was sent this lovely package from Yes to to review, and I want to say I was impressed but I wasn't. I knew these products were going to be amazing and work great, but if you aren't expecting anything short of amazing from Yes to, then you will definitely be impressed. Yes to Grapefruits Review!

Hey everyone! My next review is for Yes to Grapefruits. You may remember I did a review for Yes to Tomatoes last week and you can check that out here. Yes to Grapefruit focuses on correcting and repairing skin.

Yes to Grapefruit is the newest line in the Yes to brand. It blends powerful fruit acids with ingredients that help to correct skin damage and enhance natural radiance. Use the entire collection to help correct and repair hyper-pigmentation, sun damage, and age spots.

I really loved these products. The towelettes were great to get rid of makeup but also to exfoliate your skin. My skin felt super clean and refreshed after using it. I am a clown part time so I like to keep some wipes in my bag so I can easily remove the makeup after a gig and these worked wonderfully.

I really enjoyed the body creme because sometimes my skin is blotchy on my chest, too and it's nice to have a creme that's not just for your face that fixes that. It also helps make your skin firmer, more resilient, softer, and smoother. It didn't dry out my skin and smelled lovely too.

The correcting serum was great, too. I would cleanse my face with one of my Yes to Tomatoes products then put this over it and then used the Yes to Tomatoes moisturizer and it make my skin look so much better. I have some uneven skin tone spots on my face and I noticed it cleared it up so much more.

I also love the funny directions on these and all Yes to products. For instance for the body creme it says: "Apply to any and all body parts throughout the day. Joyfully watch as your skin tone evens out over time. Smile and swing your hips jauntily." Funny, one of the Yes to Tomatoes ones I think said make a funny face in the mirror. Little things like that make you realize Yes to is a great company because while they do work to improve your skin, they try and lighten the mood too.

Overall, I was really impressed with Yes to Grapefruits, they are really great products and do make your skin feel better and look brighter.

Yes to Tomatoes Review!

Hi everyone! My next review and giveaway is for Yes To. Yes To is a great skin care company that caters to different types of skin depending on fruit or veggie used in the ingredients of the skin care product.



I was sent their Yes to Tomatoes line because I have a problem with pimples and this is the go to fruit to get rid of that. The products they sent me included:

I was super excited to receive this giant collect, I definitely wasn't expecting practically the entire line to review, it was a lovely surprise.

I took about two weeks to review the products, every morning I would use the gel cleanser and balancing moisturizer, every evening I would use the pore scrub and balancing moisturizer again or switch to the repairing acne lotion. When I had makeup on I'd use the towelettes at night. When I had a big zit I'd use the spot stick. I used the facial mask twice because I believe it recommends using it once a week.

I was pretty impressed with how even though I used an array of products nothing dried out my skin. I LOVE the daily balancing moisturizer and repairing acne lotion, I think they may be my favorites just because lotions are weird with me, especially facial lotions. Many are too oily and take forever to rub in or just don't even moisturize, these were amazing. All you did was put a little dab, literally smaller than a dime on your finger and rub it into your face. My face was super soft and felt refreshed afterwards.

I loved the spot stick too but I had to keep remembering to use it that's why I think it didn't work the best with me because it said to use it three times a day I would maybe use it once because I would forget. I also loved the wipes, much like the moisturizer, wipes can sometimes dry your skin out so I sometimes stay away from them but these were great. They last a really long time too because I actually purchased them before and had them for months and they didn't dry out.

The scrub and cleanser was great too. I think it helped prevent pimples more than get rid of the ones I had if that makes sense, but you have to ride it out. I got some tiny pimples when I first started using the products and I think that's because my skin is just a pain and hates trying new things, but those slowly went away. But they worked pretty well and didn't smell weird like some acne cleansers do. I also loved the facial mask because it made my skin super soft afterwards and was easy to take off, some masks can be a pain.

I was really impressed especially with the little amount you had to use to see a difference. You didn't have to glob it on, you know? A little goes a long way.

Overall, I really enjoyed these products and definitely plan on picking up a few of them again once I'm finished with these because they really do work.
