Zep Cleaning Products Review!

If you're going to have people over next week for Thanksgiving you want to have a nice, clean house. That's where Zep comes in. Zep is tough, fights off germs, hard on stains, and easy to use.

I received:
- Zep Quick Clean Disinfectant
- Zep All-Around Oxy Cleaner and Degreaser

Zep's Quick Clean Disinfectant kills 99.9% of bacteria in just 5 seconds. It also kills germs that cause cold and flu viruses. You just spray it and wipe it down. I thought this one worked pretty well, but you did have to spray quite a bit of it. I cleaned my bathroom with it and it worked pretty well. I also like that it didn't have much of a smell. I love a clean house but I'm not a big fan of the clean/bleach smell.

Zep's All-Around Oxy Cleaner and Detergent is perfect for the kitchen. This one had more power. It's tough on stovetop stains and bathroom grime but also safe enough to use on delicate surfaces. The difference with this one though is you spray, wait one minute, and then rinse it off. I liked this one better because I didn't have to use as much and it was much stronger.

Overall though I did enjoy them both. I'm always down to try out some new cleaning products. Definitely check them out you won't be disappointed!

Double Duty Divas Cascade Platinum Party Review and Giveaway!

Hi everyone! I was recently given the awesome opportunity to host a party for Cascade thanks to Double Duty Divas. Cascade's platinum line is awesome for dishwashers, so awesome you can even skip pre-washing! It's mind blowing.

I was sent a bunch of Cascade products to give away to my friends who attended the party. Some didn't have dishwashers but still came anyways because parties are always fun and...typically Rock Band starts to happen. Rock Band or Cards Against Humanity, but tonight it was Rock Band!

I had a few friends over, around ten to be exact. We made some brownies, then ate them, then washed them. Oh and we drank, ate some other stacks that people brought, played some Rock Band, and all that fun stuff in between.

I'm dumb and took a bunch of pictures...of the washing process and food but not the people holding their goodies. I guess being a hostess with a ton of stuff on your mind you're bound to forget. But trust me people were here and people loved the Cascade products!

To clean the dishes I used their super easy Cascade Platinum packs which are little squares that you just pop into the machine.

These have a triple chamber that provide the best clean for dishes. It prevents hard water filming so the silverware and dishes sparkle. One pouch equals one load, you just place it in the main dispenser and let it do the cleaning! 

Cascade Platinum also has a Rinse Aid liquid to help make your dishes shine even brighter. You just fill the rinse dispenser in your dishwasher door.

Overall, it was super easy to use and a lot of my friends really liked it. The pouches make it so much easier and a lot less messy.  Everyone was really impressed and are looking forward to the next party. Haha, unfortunately for them I am hosting another super cool Cascade party but it has to be with new people. Oh well! At least they liked my party and cascade!

Viva Vantage Paper Towels Review! #crowdtapper

You guys know I like to review a variety of items and sometimes it is great to discover the best versions of those items you use in your everyday life. From cleaning products to hygiene, it is always great to switch it up and discover some new, fantastic products. That is why I was really pumped when Crowdtap asked me to try out the Viva Vantage paper towels.

Viva Vantage main claim is that most people prefer it over Bounty. They have more of a stretch which is great because it is a lot harder for them to rip or tear. They are made with a special v-flex weave so they do stretch. They also have great scrubbing power for everyday messes and have a sponge-like absorbency that helps you soak up major spills.

I thought these paper towels were great. Also, they came at a perfect time because I was on my last roll of paper towels. I actually ended up using these for the start of my spring cleaning (I haven't finished) and I noticed, because of their absorbency, I didn't have to use as much.

Overall, I was very impressed with these paper towels. I had never heard of them before so I was hesitant about how good they actually were going to be and they ended up being pretty awesome. Plus they're pretty reasonably priced, too!

Babyganics All Purpose Cleaner Review!

I like to keep a clean house. I'm not a crazy clean freak but you know my apartment can't be in complete shambles. You also realize things as you get older and become an adult, like how much white countertops suck because they get dirty so quickly. So when Babyganics contacted me to review their new All Purpose Cleaner I jumped at the chance!



This All Purpose Cleaner is awesome!

As their website says: "The Grime Fighter hunts dirt where it lives (and where your babies live too!): high chair, changing table, crib, cabinets, counter tops - bring it on! Tough stuff, but a softie around the babies!"

Some additional information about the product is:
- The cleaning solution contains no parabens, sulfates, phthalates, or toxins.
- It is specially formulated with plant-based cleaning agents
- No toxic residue left behind
- It is fragrance free

As you all know, I don't have any children, but that doesn't stop me ever from using children-centered products like this one. I would argue even that I enjoy this more than your regular cleaners. I enjoy non-toxic products especially for kitchen countertops just because sometimes with food I can be a mess and if something hits the countertop I may eat it. I don't want to worry about dying from the cleaner I used. Now I can be a worry-free eating mess.

The products are also made in the USA and never tested on animals which are huge plus's in my book too.

Overall, once again I was not disappointed with Babyganics, their products are amazing. Definitely check them out even if you're not a mom like me you will still love their products!

Skoy Scrub Review!

Hey everyone! My next review is for Skoy Cloth. Skoy Cloth is a great company that sells a variety of dishwashing cloth products that are both eco friendly and really do get the job done.



I received their Skoy Scrub. Some stats about the scrub is that it is:
- Reusable and long lasting
- Replaces traditional scouring pads
- Easy to clean
- Safe on most surfaces
- Fun colors and designs

The Skoy Scrub is great and tough on hard to get rid of stains on kitchenware. It's think but super tough and gets rid of caked on messes on pots and pans, too. It also helps clean stovetops and counters, scrub root vegetables, remove windshield bug bits, and remove scale and hardwater spots.

I really enjoyed the Skoy Scrub because after a night of cooking the worst part is cleaning everything up. Sometimes sauces get so caked on that you need so much elbow grease to get it off, fortunately you don't have to use as much elbow grease with the skoy scrub. It scrapes everything off so well but still doesn't leave any scrapes or marks on the pot but just cleans off the residue leaving a nice clean pot.

They're also really easy to clean themselves. They're fairly thin but still quite strong but the thin-ness makes it easy to rinse them and clean them.

Overall, I was really impressed with the scrub it worked so well and was awesome. Definitely check them out! They also have a Skoy cloth which is a dish cloth and a rail where you can hang your dishcloth. The cloth is 100% biodegradable, too!

Soft Scrub Mold and Mildew Remover Review and Giveaway!

Hey everyone! My next review is for Soft Scrub. You guys know I love Soft Scrub and you can check out previous reviews I've done for them here.



I was sent their Mold and Mildew Stain Remover Gel Cleaner.

Soft Scrub creates the best cleaning supplies and they didn't disappoint with this one. This one is different though because it is a gel cleaner. This thick gel clings to bathroom surfaces to penetrate and remove tough stains without harsh fumes or overspray. It is perfect for cleaning tile, grout, tubs, and showers, along with many other surfaces in your bathroom.

My roommate actually ended up using this more than I did because it was her turn to clean. But she said it really worked and got out the stains pretty easily. Especially with our tub, our tub gets dirty so quickly and it was really easy to clean with this spray. Our bathroom was sparkling thanks to this stuff.

One thing it says it doesn't have harsh fumes, my roommate mentioned it is a strong bleach smell, so if you don't like the smell of bleach I don't recommend it. I don't mind bleachy smells because it reminds me of cleanliness so it just smells like a really clean place to me.

I actually used some of it in the kitchen on countertops and it worked really well there, too.

Overall, I was really impressed with Soft Scrub and once again it didn't disappoint. Definitely check it out, you won't be disappointed!

Fish Foam Cleaner Review and Giveaway!

I received a bottle to try out and it's pretty awesome!

Super easy to use and really brightens up my windows and just any glass surface. I used it in my bathroom too for my window and it's so much clearer now. It also doesn't have too strong of a smell which is I think because it doesn't have ammonia. It smells like a cleaner, but it's not overpowering or anything which is nice.

Fish Window Cleaning is the largest window cleaning company in America. They have been around since 1978. The premium no-drip foaming outperforms all the other window cleaners out there.

Overall, I was super impressed with Fish Foam it really does work and makes my windows look great, definitely check it out!

Soft Scrub 4-in-1 Toilet Care Review and Giveaway!

Hey everyone my next review and giveaway is for Soft Scrub's 4-in-1 Toilet Care! You may remember that I've reviewed Soft Scrub products before and you can check them out here.

Sorry that you had to see my toilet bowl, but that's how the cleaner works. You just hook it on to the toilet bowl and push it back and it hangs there really well. Simple as that.

I actually already had a gross ring in the bowl but it didn't get rid of it. I guess because it was too old or something...either way, I washed it off and now no build it so hey it works pretty well!

It prevents future build up, cleans toilet, fights toilet rings, and freshens up to four weeks. These don't dissolve too quickly either. Basically the four balls are supposed to dissolve and I've had this on for about a week and those balls still look the same so that's pretty awesome. But then again with Soft Scrub, everything is pretty long lasting with them. The plastic cage keeps the products in place and allows water to activate the cleaner with each flush.

I've never used toilet cleaners like this but they are pretty nifty and easy. I like them better than cleaning toilet rings by hand (GLOVED hand) for sure! Of course you still have to clean it every once in a while but it doesn't get that dirty as it usually does. I was pretty impressed.

Overall, like I said I was very impressed with Soft Scrub's 4-in-1 toilet cleaner. It's really easy to hook on and prevents future build up. Definitely check it out you won't be disappointed!

I also liked that they didn't dry out too quickly. Sometimes with packaging for wipes like this they can easily dry out. But I have had this package open for a few days and they are still good. I also like that they're biodgradeable wipes and there's no terrible ingredients like bleach or parabens in it. All it is basically is safe, scent-free, cleaning wipes and honestly that is all you need sometimes.

Overall, I really liked these products they worked really well and came in handy for your hands! Plus they are pretty reasonably priced at $4.99 for a 30 pack of wipes. Definitely Buy It! This Soft Scrub states that it is a better way to clean premium surfaces. This is a rinse-free gel that cleans and polishes surfaces such as: granite, marble, glass cooktops, and stainless steel. Soft Scrub Advanced Surface is both tough on stains and gentile on your most delicate surfaces. Now you can get the cleaning performance you've come to love from Soft Scrub in an easy to use gel.

All you have to do is apply to the surface and wipe away with a sponge, cloth, or paper towel, much like all your other cleaning products. The difference is this one works. I have white countertops which are kind of a pain to clean and a white stove. Like an idiot, whenever I cook pasta I always forget to put a lid over the sauce so it splashes just everywhere and it's always a pain to come off. My stove is by the fridge and the fridge all gets it too and my sponges suck so scrubbing it off is such a pain. But this Soft Scrub it makes it just so much easier. You don't even need a sponge you just put some on a paper towel and bam. Wipes off in a breeze.

Overall I was really, really impressed with this Soft Scrub because it works really well and is just so easy to use. You don't have to have granite or marble countertops, it works with any and it's just really awesome. Definitely check it out if you need a new cleaning product, you won't be disappointed!

This new cleanser is tough on stains yet gentle on surfaces. The new and improved formula has more whitening power and less residue, for better rinsing. That means better cleaning and faster rinsing for your tile, grout, sinks, and tubs. From sinks and showers to bathtubs and faucets, this cleanser will blow you away with its versatility and fresh, lemon scent.

I really liked this cleanser, it worked great on everything and the lemon scent was perfect for the bathroom or kitchen. Lemon scent just gives off one of those scents that screams clean but not one of those gross, almost chlorine-like, cleaning products smell, instead pretty refreshing!

I did have to say I wasn't a fan of this particular bottle and cap design. I like the spray bottles a lot more. I feel like I end up using more of the product with this squeeze bottle than the spray. Plus I like the spray bottle that has a foam and regular spray option. But I liked the lemon scent more and it did clean really well. So if you prefer the squeeze bottles like this one you will love it.

Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with Soft Scrub. They're awesome and I definitely recommend them to anyone who is stuck in a rut with their current cleaning products!

I was pretty excited to receive these cleaners especially the bathroom one. I was running low on cleaning supplies and continued to forget to purchase more so these came at the perfect time.

I actually really like the style and shape of the bottle, too. As their website says: "The patented trigger allows you to easily switch from a fine mist to a thick foam and even sprays upside down. The unique angle-neck bottle helps you get into those hard to reach places like the inside of the toilet bowl." I never realized how high tech cleaning supplies are getting, with the foam or spray option and the upside-down capability these products are awesome.

I used the All-Purpose cleaner the other day and I tried the Bath and Bowl for a little bit too but I was focusing on the kitchen, tomorrow is bathroom cleaning day. The foam option really cleans stains and soils and hard to get rid of dirty spots, I mainly used the foam even for regular counter tops because I noticed I didn't have to spray so much and it would still clean awesomely.

Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with Soft Scrub. They're awesome and I definitely recommend them to anyone who is stuck in a rut with their current cleaning products!

Ecover Review and Giveaway! -- CLOSED

Hey everyone! My next review and giveaway is for Ecover. Ecover is a great company that sells a variety of cleaning supplies that are all made from powerful plant-based and mineral ingredients. They're an awesome eco-friendly brand that definitely gets the cleaning job done!



I was sent two awesome products as well as an awesome reusable bag (not pictured). I took a picture of the three of them earlier but somehow the photo got deleted and the reusable bag is actually in my trunk because I rock reusable bags at the store all the time. But trust me, the bag is super sturdy and awesome.

Anyway, the two products I received are the Natural Toilet Bowl Cleaner in Bay Breeze scent and the Natural All Purpose Cleaner in Lemon. These products are incredibly awesome. I especially like the all purpose cleaner because I use it literally all the time. We have white counter tops so I am nuts with them. A coffee stain or anything I will clean the crap out of it. So I go straight to this stuff and it is amazing plus the lemon smell is just like the cherry on the top of a great cleaning. All you do is add one 1 to 2 capfuls to 1.5 gallons of warm water, you can mop floors or clean counter tops or practically anything with this. If you have stubborn stains you can use it it undiluted and just wash off with a wet cloth. I usually use this method because I don't mop much and, like I said, I am crazy with counter tops but also crazy lazy so I like the fastest way possible.

The toilet cleaner is really awesome too though. It has an angled spout so it's even easier to remove those toilet stains. Another super easy tool all you do is squirt a circle all around the bowl, let it sit for a minute or two, scrub with the toilet brush and you're done. I didn't really know my toilet bowl was dirty until I used this and yup, it really does the job and make your bowl sparkle. Doesn't have that lemon scent but I'd argue the Bay Breeze scent is better. It's almost tropical and just smells so, so good. I love it and love the angle, it really helps so much.

Overall, Ecover definitely did not disappoint. It is such an amazing company too because it doesn't test products on animals, the ingredients are natural, and even the bottle is derived from plants, they call it plantplastic and it is 100% recyclable. People really need to follow after Ecover's footsteps because they really are doing their part to make the save the planet, seriously.

Natural House's Moppy Review and Giveaway!

Hey everyone! My next review is for Natural House. You may remember I did a few reviews for them before and you can check them out here. This time I received their floor cleaner, Moppy, to review!



Moppy is a really great product and works fantastically. As the website says: "Moppy Probiotic Cleaning packet is a concentrated, professional-strength, all-natural floor cleaner. I believe in the bag I received there were three little packets and how it works is that you just drop a packet into about 3 gallons of water, wait 5-10 seconds, dunk your mop in and begin! It is super easy to use and works really, really well. I just washed my kitchen floor using this and it looks really, really awesome. I used a mop but you can scrub with sponge too. I like it because I never really had a mop cleaner before, I just added soap to water and you can totally see the difference. This lasts so much longer and makes me floor look fantastic.

Hey everyone! My next review is for Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day. Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day is a fantastic company that sells a variety of amazing cleaning products that are earth-friendly, cruelty-free, and just all around awesome.



I received the Liquid Dish Soap in Honeysuckle.

As the bottle says, "aromaptherapeutic household cleaners Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day provides hard-working, naturally occurring ingredients and essential oils that are tough on dirt and grime, yet gentile on your home and the earth." The dish soap is also biodegradable and the bottle is made with 25% post consumer plastic.

I really love this dish soap. It smells so incredibly good, not too sweet or anything but fresh and soothing. Apparently this honeysuckle fruity floral is known to be quite soothing and cooling, it provide a calm air while you clean.

I really enjoy the Mrs. Meyer's brand because it is great for environmentally conscious people and people that want to lead a greener life. Cleaning products can be pretty terrible, with harmful chemicals and animal testing, so it's nice that they created a way to still have the awesome cleaning power but still earth friendly.

Overall, I was pretty impressed with Mrs. Meyer's, especially because all you need is a squirt or two, this bottle lasts a long long time. Definitely check out Mrs. Meyer's you won't be disappointed.
