Bouchard's Cheesecake Bites Review!

No comments:
Hey everyone! Hope you're having a fun weekend! I've been pretty busy lately but very excited to tell you about Bouchard's cheesecake bites. Bouchard is a delicious chocolate company that has a variety of delicious sweets and of them is their variety of cheesecake bites!

They have three amazing flavors: dulce de leche, strawberry, and chocolate fudge.

I really loved these treats. They're the perfect size to just kick that sweet tooth craving that you have late at night -- at least I do! I actually ended up bringing them to a pool party I had and they disappeared faster than me cannon-balling into the pool.

It's hard to choose a favorite flavor, I don't even like white chocolate but the strawberry one still tasted great. They all have a hard chocolate shell and are filled with either strawberry, chocolate, or caramel and a little bite of cheesecake in the center. I didn't feel like the bites were very cheesecakey, I was honestly expecting it to taste more like it, but either way they still were very sweet and very delicious.

Overall, they're a great little treat, I definitely recommend checking them out.

Buy It! Head on over to your local Walgreens where you can pick up a box for around $10!

Tim Tam Review!

No comments:

I have a crazy sweet tooth, sometimes it gets me in trouble and I eat too many snacks but other times I discover some crazy awesome sweets that are just worth it. Take for instance, these fantastic Tim Tams. Tim Tams are originally an Aussie treat, now they've made their way across the world and are available in the USA!

I received their Original and Chewy Caramel.

Tim Tams are basically cookies or "biscuits" as the Aussies say with chocolate cream or caramel in the center dipped in more chocolate. They are amazing. I loved these but especially the Chewy Caramel, holy moly out of this world! They're the right amount of chocolate cookie that they just hit the spot perfectly when you're craving something sweet.

My roommate also told me about this magnificent thing called the Tim Tam Slam. This is how you do it:
1. Make hot tea or chocolate, put it in a cup, have it right in front of you.
2. Bite off both ends of the Tim Tam.
3. Put one of the ends in your mouth while dipping the other end into the hot beverage, kind of like a straw.
4. Now suck!
The cookie sucks up some of the hot beverage then just melts  and smushes into your mouth creating a crazy delicious flavor explosion.

It was awesome! I just wished it lasted longer than the one shot basically because once it breaks apart you gotta eat that baby.

Overall, these were great and I definitely plan on purchasing more when I run out. Definitely check them out you won't be disappointed!

Buy It! Head on over to Tim Tam's website to check out where you can get them or hop on over to your local Target, Safeway, Kroger, Harris Teeter, HEB and select Walmart stores for a suggested price of $3.29!

Raw Rev Glo Bars Review!

No comments:

Hey everyone, lately I have been trying to eat healthier and work out more and os far it has been working out pretty well. I was worried with my new job that I would be sitting too much and eating garbage but I've been making steps to avoid those snacks and try healthier ones. That's why I was very excited to try Raw Rev's Glo bars.

I received a great variety of their bars:
Dark Chocolate Cashew and Mint
Creamy Peanut Butter and Sea Salt
Crunchy Peanut Butter and Sea Salt
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
Peanut Butter, Dark Chocolate, and Sea Salt
Mixed Nuts, Caramel, and Sea Salt

These were all great. I loved all of the flavors. These are a great post-workout snack. They are vegan, high protein, high fiber, and low sugar. The bars are uncooked, unprocessed, and organic -- essentially raw, hence the name.

They taste great and are good for you. Each bar has at least 10 grams of protein and 10 grams of fiber.  They tasted sweet but not super artificially sweet, but also not too cardboardy if that makes sense. Sometimes healthy bars aren't sweet enough, they say they taste like peanut butter when they definitely do not, these are not like that.

I also loved the variety of flavors, all unique and delicious too. It's hard to choose a favorite but I did really love the peanut butter, dark chocolate and sea salt.

Overall, I really enjoyed these bars, definitely check them out you won't be disappointed!

World of Munchies Review and Giveaway!

13 comments:

Snacks are the best but what is even better is that now they have boxes solely based on them. They're filled with them! Some are even from all around the world! And those special global snack boxes are thanks to World of Munchies. World of Munchies creates special snack boxes filled to the brim with goodies from around the world.

Check out all the goodies that were in my World of Munchies box!

I love this idea and I loved this box. I received it yesterday and -- not gonna lie -- it's already about halfway done. I immediately dived into that Oreo bar thing from an Asian country. It was so good, it was like pieces of an oreo but covered in chocolate. Pure heaven. I also enjoyed the Kinder Bueno bars which were just little chocolate squares filled with this milk/hazelnut stuff. That's what was fun with these snacks, guessing where they are from. Sure the coconut layer bar thing is from the USA as is the Hi-Chew, Walkers shortbread is technically from Scotland but you can also get it here but the ones other languages were so fun. One bummer was the Lion bar (from the UK) was a white Lion bar so it was white chocolate which I am not a fan of, but I did give it to my roommate and she enjoyed it.

I loved this box so much just exploring all the snacks and trying them all. I regret not making a video sharing my thoughts of all of them. But this makes such a fun little gift to give a friend or family member that lives far away. Easter is coming up, instead of giving them the traditional Easter bunny how about this fun box!

World of Munchies gives you several options to choose from -- if you're a salty snacker or a sweet snacker, etc. You can choose what box you prefer.

Overall, this box was great, I definitely recommend checking it out. If you're a snacker you won't be disappointed!

Buy It! Head on over to World of Munchies' website and browse the options!

Win It! ONE winner will receive a World of Munchies box for themselves!

Kay's Naturals Review!

No comments:

Another post, another snack discovery! I have been working out a lot lately, trying to eat better, and drink less -- just overall live more healthy. It's been working out pretty well but sometimes you just want a nice, dirty, cheesy, snack. Fortunately there are some great companies that have cheesy and great snacks that aren't dirty and actually pretty great for you! One of those companies is Kay's Naturals. Kay's Naturals is a company that specializes in gluten-free, high protein snacks, treats, and more.

Kay's decided that there needed to be a better balance of protein, carbohydrates, fiber and fats. Kay’s all-natural, gluten-free line seeks to fill this gap with food that has a healthy balance of great taste, low calories, lean soy protein, zero cholesterol, lower carbohydrates and high fiber.

I received a Sample Pack of their Snacks including:
- Chili Nacho Cheese Protein Chips
- Crispy Parmesan Protein Chips
- White Cheddar Kruncheeze
- Jalapeno Honey Mustard Pretzel Sticks
- Mac and Cheese Protein Puffs
- Veggie Pizza Protein Puffs

As well as a pack of their Honey Almond Cereal.

I was a big fan of all of these items and my roommate enjoyed some too. I'm a big cereal fan so I was very happy to try the Honey Almond cereal -- it reminded me of honey nut Cheerios but is arguably way better for your. In each 1.2 oz bag -- which is a perfect size for a bowl of cereal -- it contains 12 grams of protein. Also has no trans fat and 4 grams of fiber -- crazy! It tastes so good, too.

The sample pack was very exciting to try too just because the variety of snacks. I love trying new snacks that I have never tried before but sound amazing and with names like Mac and Cheese Protein Puffs -- come on! Each of these also had 12 grams of protein and 4 grams of fiber. They also were made with all natural ingredients and gluten-free. Honestly, it is hard choosing a favorite but I did like the White Cheddar Kruncheeze a lot. The chips were great too, especially the Chili Nacho Cheese protein chips because they were cheesy with a hint of a spicy kick.

Overall, I loved these products they tasted great but I also didn't feel too bad eating them like I would with other cheesy puff snacks. Definitely check them out you won't be disappointed!

Emerald Valley Kitchen Organic Review and Try it for Free!

No comments:

I'm all about snacking, you guys know this. Now that I am working from home more so now I am pretty worried if my snacking is going to get out of control -- hopefully not -- but if I do I'll try to at least snack a little healthier. That's why I was very excited to try Emerald Valley Organic Salsa. I'm a chip and dip girl through and through, whether it is hummus (yummus!), guac, or salsa, I AM ALL ABOUT IT.

Emerald sent me their Mild, Medium, and Hot salsas and I AM IN LOVE.

I honestly have not had salsa this good in quite some time. Usually salsa is too watery or too cilantro-y, or straight up too hot. These were none of those things. They were perfect. The right amount of chunkiness where you were getting salsa on your chip not just pink water and an onion. They were flavorful and just made my snacking magical.

Not only that but this salsa is pretty good for you. It's filled with ingredients you can pronounce like "organic tomatoes," "jalapeños," and "water." It's vegan, gluten free, cholesterol free, no fat, and non-gmo!

I'm more of a mild girl so that salsa was first to go. The others were great too, working on the hot, it's not super hot, I like it too. Because they're all organic ingredients though you have to keep these babies in the fridge, so keep that in mind for refrigerator space/room.

I love salsa, it's a great dip that can be used for so much more. Add it to your burritos or eggs, I LOVE making a scramble with some avocados, cheese, onions, tomatoes, spinach, and salsa. It's a nice way to kick off your day.

Overall, I definitely was not disappointed with these. They were delicious. I am in love.

Try it FREE! Head on over to Social Nature where you can get a voucher to try a full-size of this salsa! YAY!

Kozy Shack Indulgent Pudding Review!

No comments:

Hey everyone, you all know I have a sweet tooth so I was very excited when I got the opportunity to review Kozy Shack's new Indulgent line. Kozy Shack creates a great bunch of pudding that I love. Their rice pudding is my go-to for pudding all the time. But now their latest Indulgent line is a huge game changer. Thanks to BzzAgent I was able to check out one for free!

The rich taste and creamy texture of this thick pudding is just what you’re looking for whenever you need to satisfy your craving for something sweet. Salted Caramel, Chocolate Truffle, Vanilla Bean and Dark Chocolate flavors are enticing enough on their own, but knowing that they’re made with simple, premium ingredients like cream and real sugar just makes them extra inviting!

It was a toss up to try Dark Chocolate or Salted Caramel but I ended up trying the Salted Caramel and man I didn't not make the wrong decision!

This flavor is silky smooth but jam-packed with flavor. It's not too sweet or too thick, it's perfect.

Each package is only 200 calories which really isn't that much considering how much of a treat these guys are. Sure it's not filled with vitamins or anything, it's pudding and you need to treat yourself sometimes or "indulge" as the name says.

Overall, I want to say I was surprised with how delicious this pudding was but it's Kozy Shack and I definitely wasn't. They always live up to reputation and are always delicious. Definitely check them out you won't be disappointed!

Buy It! Head on over to your local store and check out their new line! Check out Kozy Shack's website to see where they sell them near you!

Blue Diamond Blueberry and Salted Caramel Almonds Review!

No comments:

You guys know I'm all about the snackies. I've been traveling a lot lately and bringing snacks with me to save money. Blue Diamond Almonds are the perfect treats for this. They have an insanely awesome variety of flavors that just keep getting more unique and more delicious.

I was sent the following flavors:
- Oven Roasted Blueberry Almonds
- Salted Caramel Almonds

I love blueberry everything. It's my favorite fruit and love it in every flavor. But, I have to say, I wasn't a huge fan of the blueberry. They smelled amazing but I think the berry flavor mixed just with a solid almond was just kind of weird to my brain and taste buds. I don't think fruit flavors kind of pair too well with almonds. I thought it was too sweet but the almonds actually contain no artificial flavors or colors, so it does contain natural blueberry flavor. Also it is rich in antioxidant vitamin E and contains 5g of protein per serving.

The Salted Caramel Almonds on the other hand were mind blowing. They are probably now my favorite flavor that I have ever tried from Blue Diamond. The flavor compliments the almonds so well. It's sweet and salty but not too much. The perfect snack, seriously. The can says "irresistible snacking" and it is 100% right because I couldn't stop! These guys have 6 g of protein and also a good source of vitamin E.

Overall, I really enjoyed these flavors they were awesome when you needed to kick your salty craving. Definitely check it out you won't be disappointed! This post was sponsored by Blue Diamond.

Blue Diamonds Artisan Nut Thins Review!

No comments:

Hey guys! More snacks woo! You may already be familiar with Artisan Nut Thins, they're made by Blue Diamond and are some delicious crackers that are perfect for dipping. I received these two products from Blue Diamond and this post is sponsored by them but these opinions are 100% my own.

I  received the following two boxes:
- Flax Seeds
- Multi-Seeds

Both of these were just so delicious. There's really not much of a huge flavor difference, I'd say the multi-seed one has more flavor, maybe tastes a little more salty which is what I like. While the flax seeds tastes a little more plan. Either way they're perfect to dip into your favorite humus or cheese or anything basically.

Multi-Seed

All crackers contains 3g of protein, no cholesterol, 130 calories per serving, and no wheat or gluten. The flax seed crackers contain 400mg of ALA Omega-3. The sesame seeds contain 3g of fiber. The multi-seeds contain 21g of whole grains.

Flax Seed

In all honesty though I ate these mostly solo just because I never really buy dip (except hummus but that was just finished yesterday). They're great but just try not to eat them out of the box, try to limit yourself portion-wise or else these babies will be gone as soon as you open the box. It has happened to me many times so now I just get a little bowl and put them in it once that's empty it's DONE no more. Though they are a great healthy alternative to other crackers.

Overall, I was very impressed with these nut thins, they're so delicious. Definitely check them out, you won't be disappointed!

Buy It! Head on over to Blue Diamond's website and browse their delicious selection.

Pasta Chips Reviews!

No comments:

Hey everyone! You guys know I am all about snacking. I love trying out new and delicious snacks to munch on while traveling or just hanging out and watching television. The latest new found love? Pasta Chips! Pasta Chips are a healthy take on a classic recipe and chips that are actually made from pasta!

Yup, they're made from baked, fresh pasta. But they're still a great healthy option that other flavored chips you could be munching on. For instance, they have 20% less fat that pita chips, they're vegan, and non-GMO certified.

I received their Garlic Olive Oil chips and honestly, I CAN'T STOP EATING THEM.

Seriously, I have leftovers in the fridge I should be killing, but instead I've just been diving into these. They're addictive. They remind me of those garlic nots or balls you get restaurants but in chip form. They're not super garlic-y either. They're seasoned very well but won't leave your hands feeling too oily or greasy.

They also have only 120 calories per service which is about 1oz, not sure how many chips that is but there's about 5 in a bag.

Overall, these snacks were delicious! Definitely check them out you won't be disappointed.

Buy It! Head on over to Pasta Chip's website and browse their delicious selection and see where they sell them near you!

Blue Diamond Almonds Review!

No comments:

Hey everyone, who doesn't like snacking? I sure do! You guys know how much I dig Blue Diamond Almonds. I used to not be a huge fan of almonds but the more I try them the more I love them. They're a great snack for on the go or just in front of the television.

Blue Diamond sent me two great flavors, classics to say the least:
- Lightly Salted
- Roasted Salted

Lightly salted is low in sodium, as if you didn't already know, but still salty enough to give it a nice little kick of flavor. It actually has 50% less sodium than their Roasted Salted Almonds. So if you're looking for a healthy alternative go with these babies.

The Roasted Salted have double the sodium but are more flavorful for sure. They are also roasted with sea salt. They both have the same amount of calories and other nutritional value is all very similar or the same. Sure you can taste the difference with the lightly salted vs roasted salted but I enjoyed them both. Honestly, I preferred the lightly salted just because I am watching my figure like all people and since the flavor isn't hugely different, might as well cut some sodium out and stick get my snack on.

Both are great snack options and are heart healthy. They are certified by the American Heart Association for meeting criteria for heart-healthy food. So they're smart eating snacks too!

They're great to eat when you're going on summer adventures this time of year. Both aren't too salty so they won't make your hands too sticky when you're munching on them at the beach or in the car during your road trip to Vegas or San Francisco. I also love just putting these and some dried fruit in a bag and making my own trail mix before I take a flight. I'm going to Portland on Monday and that's how I plan on eating these babies.

Overall, I really enjoyed these flavors they were awesome when you needed to kick your salty craving. Definitely check it out you won't be disappointed! This post was sponsored by Blue Diamond.

Endangered Species Chocolate Review!

No comments:
Hey everyone, sorry for the lack of blog reviews this past week, my computer broke, had to bring it to the shop but he's all better now! I'm sure you guys are familiar with Nutella which is delicious but guess what there's awesome alternatives out there. Check out Endangered Species Chocolates, they have a variety of great chocolates including some delicious spreads.

They sent me their three flavors:
Almond Spread with Cocoa
Hazelnut Spread with Cocoa
Natural Cocoa Spread

Before we go into how delicious the spreads are let's talk about how great of a company Endangered Species Chocolates are. They boast a trio of environmental certifications -- fair-trade, non-GMO, and vegan. Each jar also generates funds for species preservation projects worldwide (over $1 million donated in the past three years). So it's delicious and great for the environment and animals, too!

I was a huge fan of all of these spreads, they all tasted great. The natural cocoa spread is thick creamy, like a nice dark chocolate spread. The hazelnut is most similar to nutella, it's nutty and rich, yet still with hints of the chocolatey cocoa. The almond is the one I thought I was going to like least but ended up really liking. I'm not a huge fan of almonds but this spread was great, it was smooth and not as nutty as the hazelnut and the hint of cocoa complimented it very well.

These spreads are all so great. I love having them with celery because it kind of makes it a semi-healthy snack. My roommate and I actually ended up having a taste test with all of the flavors, she had them with girl scout cookies and I had them with the celery. We really couldn't pick a favorite, honestly. They all tasted a bit different but all very delicious.

Overall, these are great and I definitely recommend them.

Buy It! Head on over to Endangered Species Chocolate's website and browse their selection, they have more than spreads, too!

Blue Diamond Oven Roasted Almonds Review!

No comments:

You guys know I am a big Blue Diamond fan, they have such great variety of items but they're go-to, OG is their almonds. I love all of the flavored almonds, they taste great. I used to dislike almonds and now I am a huge fan. Recently they have a new type of almonds Oven Roasted.

They sent me their Sea Salt and Dark Chocolate almonds.

I am a huge fan of Dark Chocolate so I was super excited to try those and almost immediately opened the bag.

They are covered with a thin layer of dark chocolate making them sweet but not too sweet. A nice, healthy snack to hit your sugar craving while still not breaking the calorie bank.

The Sea Salt ones were just as good. Lightly salted to hit the savory snack spot.

What's great about these almonds is they're tasty snacks but with some added health benefits.

For instance these almonds:
- Have 6 grams of protein per serving
- Rich in Antioxidant Vitamin E
- 3 grams of Fiber per serving
- Cholesterol Free

Another awesome thing is the serving amount, usually they're sneaky with them and put a low number of nuts but for each serving it's 24 nuts which is a decent amount. Each serving for the Sea Salt is 170 calories while the Dark Chocolate is 160.

I really enjoyed these, I also like the packaging. I like that they're in little baggies because it makes them perfect travel snacks. I have traveled with the tins before but they take up a lot of room in my backpack. These guys lay pretty flat and take up less room.

Overall, I really enjoyed these, they're not as flavorful as the other nuts but they're healthier and in a way because there's less added flavor they taste less artificial. Sometimes you just wanna eat some nuts with no fancy sugary or salty flavors and these are perfect. Definitely check them out you won't be disappointed! This post was sponsored by Blue Diamond almonds but my opinions are my own.

Blue Diamond Almond Nut-Thins Cracker Snacks Review!

No comments:

We all know and love Blue Diamond's almonds and almond milk but that's not all they have! Blue Diamonds specialize in a variety of almond related products. Most of their snacks are great healthier alternatives to regular snacks, for instance, one of their great products is Almond Nut-Thins. This post is sponsored by Blue Diamond Nut Thins.

Almond Nut-Thins are nut and rice cracker snacks they're great, here's some benefits:
-wheat free and gluten free
- made with real almonds
- 3 grams of protein per serving
- only 130 calories per 16 crackers.

These guys are super addicting, I feel like I might have had more than 16 crackers today too. They're just difficult to put down. They're light and crispy. They're a great alternative to any savory snack like popcorn, chips, goldfish. They're also great to add maybe some cheese on top of, too.

Even if you're not a fan of almonds I still recommend these because they don't taste like almonds at all. Just because they're made with rice and almonds doesn't mean they taste like that at all. They taste like a light, crispy, and delicious cracker.

Overall, I was very surprised by these and really enjoyed them. Definitely check them out, especially if you have a wheat or gluten intolerance.

Alter Eco Chocolate Review!

No comments:

Hope you're all having a great Easter! I'm sure one thing we can all agree on is one of the best things about Easter is chocolate. Chocolate bunnies, chocolate eggs, chocolate anything. So what better day then to tell you about another delicious chocolate brand Alter Eco.

The chocolates I received are:
Velvet Truffles
Black Truffles
Salted Caramel Truffles
Sea Salt Truffles

These truffles are amazing. They're all made with pure coconut oil. They're also fair trade and organic. More or most importantly though is that they are delicious!
The velvet truffles are dark milk chocolate truffles. The black truffles, salted caramel, and sea salt are all dark chocolate.
All of these are so delicious. I am a big fan of dark chocolate so I loved most of these, the velvet truffles were okay but I gave them to someone who is a big milk chocolate fan. They almost melt in your mouth the truffles.
The brand name holds for the chocolates that are fair trade but also the wrappers are highly compostable, too. They're also non-gmo, too.  They are chocolate though so they aren't really low calorie. Good luck limiting yourself to just eating one, I cannot.
It's hard picking a favorite but I think the salted caramel truffles are definitely up there. They're the perfect amount of chocolate and caramel taste that hits your sweet tooth perfectly.
Alter Eco has a variety of other great food too, from chocolate bars to quinoa to rice. Their mission is global transformation through ethical relationships with small-scale farmers, and an integral sustainability orientation at every point on the supply chain.

Overall, I really enjoyed these chocolates they're great and have a great cause. Definitely check them out you won't be disappointed!

Tosi Superbites Review!

No comments:

Everyone pretty much knows I am a big snacker. I feel like I say this a lot on this blog, but it is so true. I could survive off of granola bars and goldfish for life if that was a normal and healthy option. But alas, that would make dinner dates super weird and awkward (as if they aren't already, am I right?), so I do eat meals and other food. But when I snack, nuts and granola type things are usually my go-ti's. They're sweet for my sweet-tooth craving but there's some nutritional value to them. That's why I was very excited to try Tosi Superbites.

Tosi is a great company that is created to help people have a better, healthier life. They have a variety of great products like probiotic and meal supplements but also, insanely delicious superbites.

The Tosi Superbites come in two flavors: Almond and Cashew

I'm not a huge almond fan so cashew was my clear favorite, it's a sweeter nut I think, but the almond wasn't bad at all. The superbites are great, granola like bars that have 6 different break offs. So you can eat the entire bar (me usually) or save some for later. Tosi believes in simple, true health so these guys are pretty much all natural, vegan, and contain no dairy, wheat, gluten, yeast, preservatives, etc. But they are high in fiber, high in omega 3's, help stabilize blood sugar levels, and just are insanely delicious!

The ingredients are things you can read, for instance all the almond one contains is: organic almonds, organic golden flaxseed, white sesame seeds, organic chia seeds, organic evaporated cane juice, and sea salt. That's it!

One tricky thing is the calories, because it's mainly nuts and seeds. One serving is only 120 calories but each bar is 2.5 servings. They also are pretty crumbly, just because they are organic and only held together with that cane juice, so if you're eating them in a place where crumbs aren't allowed...well...don't.

Overall though, I loved these, they were so addicting and the perfect snack to have during your morning or afternoon slump at work. I hope Tosi comes out with more delicious snack products lie this. Definitely check them out, you won't be disappointed!

Buy It! Head on over to Tosi's website and check them out!

Chobani Simply 100 Review!

No comments:
Hope your healthy eating of 2015 is going well! Almost one month down, can you do twelve? I struggle maintaining a healthy diet all of the time. My main weakness? Snacks. I just can't stop eating them sometimes/most of the time. I need to work on my portion control. Fortunately, snacks like Chobani Simply 100 help curb that urge because they come in one single serving bowl, so enough is enough when it's done.

We all know and love Chobani, they make the best greek yogurt around. But have you heard of their latest Simply 100 line? It's pretty delicious.

I received one free product coupon, so I headed to my local Ralph's and picked up the blueberry flavor because blueberry is my favorite everything. I ate it at work during lunch today and it's pretty amazing.

Simply 100 has only 100 calories and made with only natural ingredients. The blueberries are fruit on the bottom style, which I am not a huge fan of with yogurt, but this one tasted pretty good. Sometimes the added in fruit consistency grosses me out but these blueberries tasted great and not gooey.

This new line comes in four flavors: blueberry, strawberry, vanilla, and peach. You’ll be satisfying your taste buds along with your commitment to healthy living each time you reach for a scoop.

Overall, once again Chobani does not disappoint. These make great snacks to go with your salad (if you're like me) for lunch or even a late night snack instead of that ice cream. Definitely check them out! You won't be disappointed.

Buy It! Head on over to Chobani's website and see where they sell it near you!

I received this yogurt complimentary thanks to BzzAgent, but the thoughts and reviews above are completely 100% my own opinion.

Blue Diamond Almonds Review!

No comments:

Summer is in full effect that means more fun and more parties. But what are you eating at those parties? Here's a great snack that everyone will love: nuts! More specifically: almonds! They're delicious, addicting, and not too bad for you. Blue Diamond is definitely your go-to brand for almonds and I got to try out a few delicious flavors.

Rosemary and Black Pepper
All Natural

Let me tell you, I thought I hated almonds but now the ALL-NATURAL ones are nearly gone. All-natural, that's with no flavor assist, just plain old almonds, and I'm loving them. They say your taste buds change when you get older and this is the sure sign I am getting older because I am now an almond addict.

The All-Natural ones are also actually certified by the American Heart Association too for a good heart-healthy food. So my heart is definitely pretty healthy now. The Rosemary and Black Pepper is such a unique and delicious flavor too. The pepper gives it almost a spicy hot kick to it. They're perfect with a few beers and some sunshine for a pool party.

It's great because honestly if I were to choose almonds to eat I would never have picked up these flavors and yet they're so incredibly delicious. If you're into trying unique flavors that will make your taste buds EXPLODE with delight check out the Rosemary and Black Pepper, but if you're more conservative with your nuts and like them all-natural, flavor free pick up the all-natural ones.

One warning is they are addicting, I recommend if you're at a party, scoop a few into a cup or a napkin and then WALK AWAY or else your hand will be digging into that bowl til you kill them all off.

Definitely check them out though, they're delicious and perfect summer snacks, you won't be disappointed!

Buy It! Head on over to Blue Diamond's website and browse their huge selection and where you can purchase them near you! Blue Diamond is relatively everywhere I think from Target to Ralph's.

You guys know I am a huge snacker so when Klout gave me the awesome perk to try Chex Mix's new Popped line I hopped on the chance. We all love Chex Mix, they can be quite addicting and awesome, especially to have out for parties like this upcoming 4th of July!

I received the following flavors:
White Cheddar
Sweet and Salty

This Popped line incorporates the best of Chex Mix like the pretzels and the square weave things but also adds popcorn too. For the white cheddar they have the cheese cracker triangles and white cheddar popcorn and for the sweet and salty they have regular popcorn and caramel corn.

Sweet and Salty

White Cheddar

These Chex Mix Popped Sweet and Salty contain 60% less fat than regular potato chips and the White Cheddar contains 50% less.

I really loved these, honestly I probably am going to kill the White Cheddar alone tonight. One thing I had a problem with though was I felt that there was more popcorn than anything. I feel like the in the White Cheddar there wasn't much cheese crackers or pretzels. Also the bag wasn't full all the way and it says it contains 8 containers per bag at 120 calories, so watch out. Best bet is to put a little bit in a bowl then to grab from the bag because all of a sudden that bag is gone and you ate 8 servings.

Overall though I did like them and they're super delicious. Just a little bit goes a long way. Definitely check them out though, you won't be disappointed!

Buy It! Head on over to Chex Mix's website and see where they sell them near you!
